After months of diligent work to insure that customer information continues to be protected in a safe and secure manner, Northern Plains is pleased to announce that the Customer Resources feature is now available by navigating to www.northernplainscoop.com and enrolling in this service.

Once a customer enrolls, they are able to view invoices and account balances for their Northern Plains accounts. They also have the opportunity to view the same information for other CHS Service Centers they do business with.

Later this year, expect grain settlement and contract information to be available as well as the potential availability of access to agronomy and energy prepay information.
